President of University of Bedfordshire Visited GDUFS

May 9th--President Les Ebdon from the University of Bedfordshire visited GDUFS on May 7th. He was warmly received by President Zhong Weihe and other university officials on the North campus where they held talks about the cooperation between the two universities.

President Zhong attached great importance to the ''2+1'' project conducted by the two universities and expressed his wish to further cooperation with the University of Bedfordshire. He also gave an introduction of GDUFS's involvement in CAMPUS Asiaproject and the establishment of theGDUFS-- Lancaster University.
President Ebdon spoke highly about the internationally-oriented education of GDUFS and expressed his hope that the two universities will cooperate more closely continue to progress together.
