A Fresh Start for all International Students at GDUFS

On Sept. 2^nd, Institute for International Education 2013 Fall Term Launch was held in No.7 Teaching Building on the north campus, which marked a fresh start for all international students at GDUFS. Dean of the Institute, faculty representatives and student representatives gave their speeches at the launch.

Liang Xuehong, Dean of the Institute, expressed his warm welcome to all international students from various continents. He emphasized the progress the Institute had achieved in higher education, and likened the Institute to " miniature of the United Nation". Moreover, he encouraged international students to participate in upcoming events and activities such as the World Culture Festival.

Apart from speeches given by the dean and the professors, two student representatives from Korea and Russia expressed their passion for learning Chinese and their anticipation to the new life in GDUFS.
