Overseas Exchange Programmes for Students Have Increased to?40

Mar. 28th^: On Mar.13^th and 14^th, the GDUFS overseas exchange programmes held a conference on the north as well as south campuse of GDUFS.

According to Jiao Fangtai, Director of the International Office, GDUFS has had a boost in its student exchange programs in recent years, which aims at cultivating internationalized students. Currently, the collective programs have 140 students. The exchange programs include 43 double-degree programs, 65 exchange programs and 32 "study-abroad" programs.

Besides, at the meeting, representatives of exchange students shared their unique experiences with the audience. All of them were impressed by the well-stocked libraries and strong cultural atmosphere in overseas universities. And all of them expressed that their exchange tours was very beneficial as well as meaningful.

 The exchange students' Wang Yixin and Huang Guanyu from the Wenzao Ursuline College of Language were invited to give an introduction of their alma mater and the local customs of Taiwan. Apart from all this,, they shared their interesting experience in GDUFS and hoped that more students could have a change to study in Taiwan.

Later, teachers provided more information of the student exchange programs as well as relevant policies and replied to the questions raised by the audience.
