Wisconsin-Stout and GDUFS Join Hands

On November 12th, Joe Bessie, Vice President of University of Wisconsin-Stout, an American public university established in 1891, visited GDUFS in the VIP Room of the Administration Building together that institution`s Deputy Dean of Management, Katherine LUI and Head of the International Education Center, HONG Roast. They were met by GDUFS President, ZHONG Weihe and signed an agreement for a "1+1" Masters Degree. President ZHONG said that students at GDUFS were working diligently at their English studies and that would become an advantage when studying abroad, a statement deeply admired by Vice President Joe Bessie.

The two universities sign the agreement
University of Wisconsin-Stout has cooperated with GDUFS since 2010 with a goal to develop students visiting and projects offering students scholarship between the two institutions. To this date, GDUFS has sent 10 students to University of Wisconsin-Stout. At this meeting, GDUFS talked mainly about the cooperation at the level of majors in Management, which included GDUFS and American students` coming studying at both institutions for a short period of time. The two universities hoped to have further opportunities in the future to join hands.
