GDUFS Lecturer HOU Yanni Interview With Malaysia TV Station

On August 31st, Astro Awani, the largest Malaysia broadcast satellite TV station, featured an exclusive interview with HOU Yanni, a GDUFS lecturer in Malaysian, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is to be aired on the National Day of Malaysia, as one of the feature programs celebrating the 58th anniversary of the independence from the United Kingdom.

During the interview, HOU set forth the development status of Malaysian in China and prominently pointed out GDUFS’ significant role and great effort in popularizing the language worldwide. Being the only university that has established a Malaysian major in South China, GDUFS gains an advantage over the economic and cultural communication between the two countries.
