GDUFS-Massey University Cooperative Research

North Campus, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, from April 12th to April 13th 2018: The kick-off meeting for GDUFS-Massey University in New Zealand Cooperative Research on Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility was held in the MBA Education Center on the North Campus. This meeting was aimed at fostering the cooperation between GDUFS and Massey University and promote the construction of the Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility Research Center. It was also aimed at discussing the doctor joint training program at Massey University, which the postgraduates at GDUFS were recommended to study, and confirm the related issues preliminarily. Stephen Kelly, Dean of the School of Management, inaugurated the research center. JIAO Fangtai, Vice President of GDUFS, and other representatives attended the meeting.

JIAO Fangtai extended a warm welcome to the delegation of Massey University and felt honored with the GDUFS-Massey University Cooperative Research on Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. He described the meeting as positive and expected the development of further research. Stephen Kelly appreciated the invitation from GDUFS and expected cooperation in the future.

 

The communication meeting

 

During the academic communication, ZHU Wenzhong, Dean of the School of Business, and Dirk Boehe, Professor of the School of Management at Massey University, as well as other representatives, had a heated discussion about the enterprise scale, operating pattern and innovation. The workshops, postgraduates and doctor graduate students of these two universities discussed the potential cooperative projects.

It was collectively undertaken by the School of Business at GDUFS and Sustainable Development and Corporate Social Responsibility Research Center.
