GDUFS to add six undergraduate majors

The Ministry of Education has recently announced in an official document the approval of GDUFS’s six newly-added undergraduate programs in 2017, consisting of five language majors: Serbian, Farsi, Bengalese, Turkish, Czech, and also Cyber Security. Fully utilising the comprehensive teaching advantages of the university, GDUFS strived to cultivate talents of minority languages in response to the national development strategy, as well as the Belt and Road Initiative.

To date, GDUFS has 72 undergraduate programs, 26 of which are foreign language majors. The university has formed an integrated professional system with international features and potential for sustainable development.
