GDUFS is nestled at the foot of Baiyun Mountain.

 

The Xiangsi River which winds its way through the campus is nicknamed as Yun Xi, so the roads along the river were initially called Yunxi Road, Leyun Road and so on, all of which are full of lasting appeal.

 

The road sign has witnessed all the changes that happened during the 50 years.

Time-worn, it was renewed and its image was frozen in photos.

 

Now it becomes a soft pillow.

Hopefully every GDUFS’er could embrace his or her own memory.

The accessory is a tassel made of ice silk (red or blue)

The traditional way of making a wax seal

1.    Put the shredded wax into a spoon and heat it until melted

2.    Pour the melted wax over the envelope

3.    Press the seal on the melted wax

4.    Carefully remove the seal when the wax is cool
