BP system of Debating Competition is short for British Parliamentary. It consisted of a series of rules designed after the model set of the English Parliament proceedings and is in strict accordance with the world university debate format. Motions of debate cover aspects of law, culture, society and current affairs. Some hot topics, such as civil and criminal issues, demanded more knowledge and logic from the competitors. Also, it has higher requirement of oral English-especially their pronunciation and intonation. We wish our GDUFS representatives good luck in the finals!
