Victoria University of Wellington and GDUFS Held Talks about Future Cooperation

May 24^th--On May 22^nd, Vice-Chancellor of Victoria University of Wellington (VUW), Professor Roberto Rabel visited GDUFS along with the Director of International Student Office Jeff Howe. CCP Secretary Sui Guanjun and other university officials held talks with the VUW delegation about future cooperation between the two universities.

Mr. Sui extended the visitors a warm welcome. He recalled his visit to VUW last year and expressed his admiration for the highly-developed Linguistics Center in VUW. Against the background of further globalization and industry transfer happening in China , Mr. Sui sees the significance of carrying out further cooperation with overseas universities.

Pro Rabel pointed out that compared with GDUFS, VUW also attaches great importance to internationalized education. With a similar concept on university development, he believed, GDUFS and VUW hold great prospect for cooperation.

After the discussion, GDUFS and VUW agreed on establishing cooperation on linguistics, economics, finance and international business in both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
