LIU Haichun, Vice President of GDUFS, was invited to visit Busan by the Chinese Consulate General in Busan, along with the researchers of Guangdong Institute for International Strategies, in order to conduct research about the Belt and Road, the economic Sino-Korean cooperation and the cooperation between Chinese and Korean universities and Think Tank. They attended the Busan-China Business Forum and the symposium between Dongseo University and Guangdong Institute for International Strategies. Then they met with local commercial people and the leader of Chinese businessmen.

On the morning of November 22nd, the symposium between the Busan-China Business Forum and Guangdong Institute for International Strategies was held in Haeundae. LIU Haichun; scholars of the institute; AN Chengpei, President of the Busan-China Business Forum, and more than 20 members of the forum, attended the symposium. RAN Deyan, Counsellor of Chinese Consulate General, attended the symposium and delivered a speech. XIAO Yaofei and HAN Yonghui, the senior fellows at Guangdong Institute for International Strategies, gave a speech respectively on the topic of The Research on Sino-Korean Trade and Global Cooperation on Production Capacity and the Influence of Cultural Exchange on Global Trade: Based on China's research on the One Belt and Road countries' Confucius Institutes.

On the afternoon of November 22nd, LIU Haichun and the delegation took part in the symposium between Guangdong Institute for International Strategies and China Studies Center of Dongseo University. GUO Peng, the Chinese Consul General in Busan, and RAN Deyan, also attended the symposium. At the symposium, CHEN Weiguang, the senior fellow at Guangdong Institute for International Strategies, and JIN Mei, Director of the Korean Department, gave a speech respectively on the topic of Building the Belt and Road: Concept, Practice and Opportunities for Development and Under the Background of One Belt and Road, the Education and Development of Non-common Languages in China. They discussed the Sino-Korean business cooperation and the Belt and Road Initiative with the attendees. LIU Haichun visited the exchange students in Dongseo University from GDUFS. In the face-to-face communication, he knew about their study, experiences in studying abroad and future plans. He persuaded the exchange students to adapt to life in Korea and integrate into the Dongseo University.
