New Enrollment Plans Unveiled at GDUFS

Approved by the higher authorities, GDUFS will enroll a total of 5000 undergraduates for 2016-the same amount as last year.

According to the Enrollment Plans, GDUFS aims to receive 4159 students (including 150 from rural areas through special programs) from Guangdong Province, which accounts for 83% of the total amount. 700 will be enrolled through the College Entrance Examination from 21 other provinces. This year, especially,  the enrollment of students from Shandong Province is resumed. The remaining 141 will include recommended students and Xinjiang ethnic minority students.

Recently, the school has been given permission by the Ministry of Education to open two more majors: Greek and Public Relations. Therefore, GDUFS now has 66 undergraduate programs (covering 21 foreign languages) in total, 64 of which will be available for application this year except for Burmese and Cambodian.
