At the beginning, SUI congratulated them on becoming a member of GDUFS. From the fifty-year history of GDUFS, he concluded that the university was culture-laden, international-oriented and responsible for the society. These characteristics of the school require its students to be hardworking, honest, confident and generous, at least. He stated that GDUFS was striving to become an international first-class university, of which the freshmen would certainly be the witnesses, the participants and the beneficiaries. At last, he hoped that we could work together to contribute to a successful GDUFS for the next 50 years.
