SFSU Delegation Visited GDUFS

May 3th--A delegation from San Francisco State University (SFSU) led by Vice President Jose L.Galvan visited GDUFS on April 19^th. President Zhong Weihe and Vice President Fang Fanquan gave the delegation a warm reception and the two sides later held discussion to seek further cooperation in various fields.

Located in San Francisco, the center of computer animation industry in America, The Department of Art of SFSU enjoys an international fame. Art teaching and research in SFSU at graduate level always occupies a competitive position in the world ranking. Teachers from the College of Art of GDUFS hope that the art schools of GDUFS and SFSU can establish cooperation in the future. Vice Dean from School of English and Education introduced the ''English+Education'' model to Vice President Galvan and expressed his hope to cooperate with SFSU in programs like ''Double Degree'' and ''Summer Camp''.
